Arthur Njoroge

Arthur Njoroge is an Associate Consultant at Aperio with a specialty in developing go-to-market and distribution strategies in Eastern Africa.

With two decades of FMCG brand expertise, nearly 14 of those with Procter & Gamble East Africa, Arthur has wide experience in the East African and South African regions helping brands to setup in the regions, understand the retail arena and market potential as well as the formation of go-to-market strategies and distribution systems. His role at P&G as CBD Manager and thereafter sales director at MH Limited in Kenya makes Arthur a valuable asset as a consultant at Aperio.

His turnaround strategies have helped companies such as Safari Bakery in Nairobi to redefine their business strategy/model and their distribution mechanism with the objective of turning the business into a profitable, efficient and compliant entity with a strong and sustainable distribution system. He also assisted Vivo Energy East Africa team in strengthening their distributor capability in Kenya and Uganda.

His goal is to develop sustainable systems and to train those he works with to be able to work within these systems. He was recently accepted as a member of the Enablis Entrepreneurial Network - East Africa Chapter. Enablis is a non-profit organisation created to drive measurable economic development and to build thriving and self-sustaining small and medium sized enterprises (SME) in the developing world.
